  • Merilyn has over 30 years speaking experience in the field of  wellbeing education throughout Australia.
  • Merilyn offers individual, couples and family coaching. Merilyn adopts a strengths based, solution-focused, systems and positive psychology approach to coaching (using CBT, ACT and Bowen Family Systems Theory). A supportive space for reflection, insight, setting goals, exploring options, planning and making  desired shifts is provided. Merilyn brings psychological insight, practical skill and wisdom to the challenging complexity often involved in relationships, making decisions, managing transitions, intentional change and personal development.
  • Merilyn has developed and presented a range of customised Wellbeing and Coaching Psychology Seminars to students, teachers and parents at many Sydney schools including:  Loreto Kirribilli,  OLMC Parramatta, St Luke’s Grammar Dee Why,  Sydney Grammar,  Monte Sant’ Angelo, St Andrew’s Cathedral School,  Santa Sabina Strathfield,  St Vincent’s College Potts Point,  Barker College and SCEGGS Redlands.
  • Merilyn has run mental health and wellbeing seminars for local government and corporates including AccessEAP, Auburn Local Council, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Insight Technology, Healthworks Corporate,  Bartier Perry Lawyers and Transurban Group.
  • Merilyn has spoken at youth and adult community conferences on emotional, mental, physical, spiritual and social wellbeing particularly for interdenominational faith communities across Australia.
  • Merilyn currently works in Sydney.  She and her husband enjoying sharing life with their three young adult children, son-in-law, a dog and two cats.
