The Stress Fitness seminar aims to increase an understanding of stress – both eustress and distress and expand the repertoire for responding to it.

  5. Stress First Aid & CPR: community,  sleep and mindfulness
  6. Stress Triage: Professional and Self Care using ACT Acceptance and Commitment Training processes. PTSD and Post Traumatic Growth
